How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must contact us and return the item within 10 days of your purchase.
EXTREMELY IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
YOU MUST include photos of damaged packaging PRIOR to opening the merchandise received for ANY refund request on product(s) being returned. This helps in the accuracy of your refund process and prevents delays when processing your damaged merchandise.
1. Please email email@example.com to request a refund and we will contact you and assign a tracking # for the return product.
2. Billiards Supply will provide you the address for the MFG company that your product came from as well as the address with instructions for the proper return procedure.
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt/invoice.
