SHIPPING: Billiards Supply only ships within the Continental Unites States. Orders completed within 5 days of payment clearance. Orders will be shipped ground service through Fed Ex or UPS. Smaller orders may be shipped USPS.

RETURN POLICY:
Upon receipt of your package, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any shipping damage, call us at (702) 982-8513 or contact us by email at billiards_christine@yahoo.com. Damaged merchandise MUST be reported within 2 days of receipt. You must keep all packaging, including boxes, shipping labels, and packing materials, when package has visible damage to the outside, DO NOT OPEN, refuse shipment, contact us, and a new one will be re-sent.
Returns for reasons other than damage are accepted within 30 days of date of purchase, but must be initiated within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise, must be in original packaging, and in unused condition. All returns are subject to a restocking fee up to 20% depending upon the manufacturer’s policy. We are not responsible for return shipping charges unless the item incurs visible damage during shipment. All returns require a return authorization number, which comes through contacting us.
WARRANTY: All items handled through its dealer. We will be happy to assist you in contacting them if needed.
